Pelvic Restoration Chair

Rebuilding What Time and Life Have Changed

Most people think of the pelvic floor as one muscle. It is actually twenty or more working as one.

Your pelvic floor is a three-dimensional network of muscles, ligaments, connective tissues, blood vessels, and nerves — all working in concert to support your pelvic organs, control bladder and bowel function, contribute to sexual health, and stabilize your spine and core. Specialists describe it as a neuro-musculo-fascial support system — which is a technical way of saying it is far more intricate, and far more important, than most people realize.

When any part of this system is weakened, overstretched, or out of communication — whether from childbirth, aging, surgery, a sedentary lifestyle, or chronic tension — the effects ripple across bladder control, sexual function, core stability, and quality of life.

The Pelvic Restoration Chair is designed to address the system as a whole, not just one symptom.

How It Works

The chair uses HIFEM technology — High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic fields — to generate magnetic waves that pass through clothing and stimulate the pelvic floor muscles directly.

These waves trigger thousands of deep, involuntary muscle contractions per session — supramaximal contractions that engage nearly 100% of muscle fibers, far beyond what voluntary exercise can achieve. One 30-minute session produces the equivalent of approximately 12,000 Kegel exercises without you doing a single one.

The result is stronger, more coordinated pelvic floor muscles, with improved neuromuscular communication between the muscles and the nerves that control them. The chair doesn’t just strengthen muscle — it retrains the entire system.

What to Expect

You arrive and sit comfortably in the chair — fully clothed, no undressing required. A gentle pulsing or tingling sensation indicates the muscles are contracting. There is no pain; most patients find the session comfortable and many find it relaxing. Sessions last 30 minutes and you can resume normal activity immediately afterward.

Mild muscle soreness — similar to what you might feel after an effective workout — is normal and typically resolves within a day or two.

Most patients begin noticing results after 3 to 6 sessions. Optimal results are typically achieved with a series of 6 sessions, though some patients benefit from additional treatments depending on their specific goals and history.
