Build Muscle. Reduce Fat. No Surgery. No Downtime.

There are areas of the body that resist even consistent effort — not because you aren’t working hard enough, but because voluntary muscle contraction has limits that exercise simply cannot exceed.

PRSculpt uses the same High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology that powers our Pelvic Restoration Chair — but applied to the body’s major muscle groups for aesthetic sculpting and functional strengthening. The result is simultaneous muscle building and fat reduction in targeted areas, achieved without surgery, anesthesia, or downtime.

This isn’t a weight loss treatment. It’s a precision tool for refining and strengthening areas where the body has plateaued — and for rebuilding functional strength in patients whose goals go beyond aesthetics.

How It Works

During a PRSculpt session, HIFEM technology delivers electromagnetic pulses that trigger supramaximal muscle contractions — contractions that engage nearly 100% of muscle fibers and are far more intense than any voluntary effort can produce.

A single 30-minute session triggers approximately 20,000 of these contractions in the targeted area. The muscle tissue responds to this intensity the same way it responds to extreme physical training — by remodeling at the fiber level, building new muscle protein strands, and increasing muscle density and volume over time.

Simultaneously, the metabolic demand of these contractions breaks down adjacent fat cells, which the body’s lymphatic system then processes and removes naturally. Clinical studies have shown an average of 25% increase in muscle mass and 30% reduction in fat in the treated area after a series of four treatments.

The treatment is applied through paddles or applicators positioned on the skin over the target area. Sessions are 30 minutes. No preparation or recovery time is needed.

What to Expect

You lie comfortably while the applicators are secured over the treatment area. The sensation is one of intense muscle contractions — stronger than anything you can achieve voluntarily, but not painful. Most patients find it tolerable and describe the experience as unusual rather than uncomfortable.

You may notice mild muscle soreness in the 24 to 48 hours following treatment, similar to what you’d feel after an intense workout. This is a normal response and indicates the muscle tissue is responding and remodeling.

Most patients complete a series of 4 sessions scheduled over 2 weeks. Results develop progressively over the following 2 to 3 months as the muscle tissue continues to remodel. Maintenance sessions every 3 to 6 months help sustain results.

Treatment Areas

PRSculpt can be applied to the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, arms (biceps and triceps), and calves — the same major muscle groups addressed by the branded EMSculpt platform.

It is particularly effective for patients who have hit a plateau in physical training and want to advance specific areas, those rebuilding strength and core function after pregnancy or significant physical change, patients with specific aesthetic goals for targeted areas, and those who want functional strength gains alongside body composition changes.

What It Helps

PRSculpt is appropriate for building and defining muscle in targeted areas, reducing localized fat deposits that have resisted exercise and diet, improving core strength and abdominal tone, lifting and strengthening the gluteal muscles, rebuilding upper body definition in the arms, and supporting postpartum core and body composition recovery.

It is not a weight loss treatment and is most effective for patients who are already reasonably active and within a healthy body composition range.

Stop Guessing. Start Understanding.

Safety Considerations

PRSculpt is not appropriate during pregnancy, with implanted electronic devices in or near the treatment area, after recent surgery in the target area, or with hernia or other structural concerns in the treatment region. It is not recommended for patients with metal implants at or near the treatment site. Side effects are typically limited to temporary muscle soreness. Your provider will confirm candidacy before your first session.
